Above and beyond what we could have ever imagined! Best in the business. Will be using them again in the future without question.

We have had the pleasure of working with Ronda Holder four times, and there is a reason we continue to choose her every time! Her service is truly exceptional. She goes above and beyond throughout the entire process, always making sure every detail is taken care of and that we feel supported every step of the way. What we appreciate most is how she makes what can often feel like a stressful and complicated process seem easy and seamless. She is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. We always feel like we are in the best hands with her. After four experiences, we can confidently say that we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our real estate needs. If you’re looking for a realtor who will work hard for you, go the extra mile, and make the entire process...

Ronda and her team have been an outstanding help and blessing to us (4 transactions) and to friends and family members (a bunch of them!) who have bought and/or sold through her. She has helped navigate significant challenges involving difficult people and complicated circumstances. I’ve recommended her to friends with complete confidence that they would have a great experience, which they’ve had. (My hesitant husband was convinced she was worth the whole realtor fee after just one meeting with her—I knew that would happen!) Ronda is available and a blessing after the sale, too, and has given us great recommendations for others in various fields (e.g., handyman) when needed. 5 stars for sure, and I’d give 6 if I could!

We highly recommend Ronda Holder and Associates when you are trying to sell or buy a home. We have known and used Ronda and Chris for around 20 years and they have always come through for us. They made the home buying process easy for us as they found the right home for our needs at various stages in our life. They have also sold 3 homes for us and we landed contracts on each one quickly. They are not only our real estate agents, but they have become dear friends to us. Use the best and that is Ronda Holder and Associates.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. We felt like we were treated like family. I highly recommend.

We both had the joy of buying and selling a house with Ronda and Chris. We "regular folk" don't do the house buying and selling things every day, so we need to rely on the experts. We certainly did that! We slept well every night knowing they had everything in hand. God was so generous to lead us to this godly couple.

During a time when customer service is a rare find, Ronda stands out as an exception. Ronda always took my calls, always answered my questions, educated me when it was needed on real estate, and went above and beyond when putting together the portfolio of homes for us to see. She made us feel comfortable as if we were already long time friends.

We recently used Ronda and Chris Holder as first time home buyers. Early in the process, it became increasingly clear that Ronda's background, experience, and overall knowledge were invaluable when it came to deciding on the best home for us. She was able to point out the various pros and cons of each house we viewed (different kinds of siding, window conditions, updated features) while still leaving the final decision with us. Her neutral but informed approach allowed us to really view the house as objectively as possible. When we got into offers and negotiations, I was always confident and happy with Ronda's advice and knowledge. Our bid was accepted in a multiple offer situation, and I credit that to her wise counsel. We were happy with all repairs done, and relied on Ronda heavily to suggest...

Ronda worked tirelessly to ensure that our first move in 30 years resulted in a home that perfectly fit our needs, from the neighborhood to the distance to our family to the floor plan and the steps between the contract and closing. We enjoyed our experience working with Ronda and Chris and will certainly employee them for our next move.

You won’t find another like Ronda! She has helped us with buying and selling multiple times. She will work tirelessly for you, and is the best advocate when it comes time to negotiate. She is knows the industry well, loves her work and is loaded with integrity. I couldn’t recommend her more!
